say you have a 1500 form with 3 items
top line is wheelchair
2nd and 3rd line rented accessoris

the batch program looks at the dates of service and
rental status of the first item. if it's marked RET the
whole form stops renting.

If the 2nd/3rd item changed to FILE RET NA (CLAIMSTATUS)
THEY WILL be renewed on the form but the status will be NA
and thus not print or go to reconcile module.

if you want the bottom two items to stop being updated
change then to rent/SALE status of SALE

rent status of NA or RET

claim status of NA OR ANYTHING BUT FILE

and they will be removed during the next billing cycle .
