Yes,  first make sure the rentals are set up correctly,; ie each rental item should be on its own claim.
The status's must be FILE OUT RENT there must be a Billing cycle on the Batch Tab in the claim.
It is also suggested that you enter what month number this rental is currently at on the Batch tab.
Follow this senerio;  theres another document that shows how to bill weekly;
Monthly billing;
Its May 31st, you tell the Batch module to process Dates of Service 04/01/01 to 04/30/01 billing cycle whatever
Its June 30th, you tell the Batch module to process Dates of Service 05/01/01 to 05/31/01  "        "         ".
Its July 31st, you tell the Batch module to process Dates of Service 06/01/01 to 06/30/01  "        "         ".
and so on....
The above method assumes you want to print/transmit mail your claims only once a month.

Note: The Batch Rental report and your Rental out report should be very close in number of transactions
If your Rental out report from DME is has more rentals than arerenewed, check the dates of service out
of the current range to see if they are still OUT on rent or have been missed somehow.

TO GET BETTER CASH FLOW YOU CAN DO WEEKLY RENEWALS

Its June 22th, you tell the Batch module to process Datesof Service 05/15/01 to 05/21/01billing cycle whatever
Its June 29th, you tellthe Batch module to process Datesof Service 05/22/01 to 05/31/01billing cycle whatever
