The PECOs tool will search your Doctors file and find the docs that are matched on the PECOs file,, they are all set.  Then it will search and find the docs that are not on the PECOs file,, these are the ones you need to send a letter to,,  and ask them to sign up with PECOs or you wont get paid.    We have given you several reports to identify the doctors and a report to actually print a customized PECOs Letter!    We highly recommend you use this tool!

It's simple,  setup the insurance plan and start billing claims, you can send these "other" claims along with your Medicare claims.

Here's how to setup for commercial claims
First you need to create or modify the plan in the insurance file.
You will need the CPID number which is found at
 
 
You put this CPID # into the plan as follows;
in the Change or Add mode in the INSURANCE PLAN click PLAN
DATA TAB
Please put your NPI# into the NPI# field
Put the CPID# into the 3rd field labeled: GRPNO:
Set the PLAN TYPE to COMMERCIAL
