The headers in my item file are mixed up.  I thought when I rebooted the
> computer it would be fixed but it is not.   In RXDME2000, the DME
> module, when I click the icon > to "Display Item File", the item file comes up but the headers what

the problem is sometimes windows forgets to save configuration
information on a specific computer so to resolve the problem.
 
first
CLICK FILE MENU
SETUP MENU 
Store file 
Jot down your settings , particularly the Check marks or selections.
now exit the software.
 
Now you need to search for a file or two...
CLICK START (WINDOWS START BUTTON)
SEARCH
For Files/folders
Click All Files/Files
in the first file put
rxdme2*.ini       
there will be two files found for RxDME2000 users
 
 
delete the file(s)  , they will be in your windows folder
 
now restart your DME software
check the Store / Company config settings make sure all is ok
 
then your problem should be resolve
