Web based Reports Library and "Claim to Remit" support tools
 
Two free tools available to all users of DMEFree, Simpleclaims and DMEFreePlus (Rxdme2000) systems.  Take advantage of these to obtain your billing information

Support and Audit tools
This tool is offered to billers of Medicaid, BlueCross and Commerical payors free of charge.  Simply log into your Relayhealth main screen and select
Support and Audit tools

You can search the database for a specific submission or drill down to a specific claim.   There is the option to see the contents of the claim, or view the claim and payment history.   You can obtain start to finish information about any claim including payor responses.  You also have options to search for a remitannce / payment.   Plus you can review and download all reports available including the 997 which is proof the payor receieved the claims.  See screen shots below for greater detail.
 
 
DMEFree Clearinghouse View Web Reports application
This tool has been available to our users for over 10 years.  We maintain all reports, logs, ERNs etc that have been sent to you.  You can look through the reports, open to view and re-download any reports available associated with your account. 

This is the first place to go when you are looking for a report that you may have missed in your email.  Here you can view / download the Medicare Front end reports, Gen reports, ERNs, daily logs and more!
