Claim review
Another good use of your support time is to have our team help you with a problem claim. Perhaps the claim keeps getting kicked out,, we can research the problem and help you towards a resolution. Email support@dmefree.com
Online Cloud Backups
We have been pushing the Online Cloud backups and for good reason. The true concept of set it and forget it can only be done with Online Backups. The Online industry growth is evident as Microsoft, Google, Amazon are on the 'backup' band wagon now. That is why we have chosen to use Amazon.com as our backup provider to host your backup files. The files are redundant at several server centers in the US. When we setup your backups we backup multiple versions to give you more options to restore when needed. Don't wait for a hardware failure to start backing up... let us help you today. contact support@dmefree.com
Ansi 5010 and ICD-10 upgrades
As Medicare prepares for Ansi 5010 and ICD-10 we want you to know that PCSolutions is making changes to our software and clearinghouse to accommodate these new formats. Similar to the switch from NSF to Ansi 4010 a few years ago, the whole insurance world is being 'forced' to a new format costing software vendors and insurance payers billions of dollars in development and time. Ultimately the costs will be passed onto you. Do these changes make your business and cash flow better? ,, only time will tell.
