it is easy but expensive,, you see we chose to use our realtime adjudication system for secondarys cause the amount of programming for about 10 claims a year isnt worth it.  when our realtime system had it already,,
so if you have 1 or 2 claims, send it on paper to meidcare,, or if you want to use the realtime system we can set you up, the cost has a monthly minimum of $25.00 but that includes 38 transactions so you could do say his two msp claims and then have 30 or so to do realtime eligilibty checks.  if you do non for the month (no msp or elig checks) there is no charge that month.
