Is the system capable of flagging a patient file so we can follow up in 6mo with a reminder to reorder stockings? Is there anyway I can pull a report that shows me those flagged files?
If you use the patient notes button and follow these instructions, you can accomplish the above using a report that we have made in the reportwriter.

add a patient note using the button that says PATIENT NOTES
here you can put in an entry date when the note was made in the ENTRY DATE FIELD
and Create a code say ST for Stockings (thats how i put it into the report)
now on line 1 of the NOTES put in the date you want to renew example 12/31/09  always in the MM/DD/YY format , on line 2 put in some description we'll print that too.

NOTE:
when you install this report you need to make sure the installation program installs into
your DMEFREEFOLDER\REPORTSRXD folder,,, this is where the reportwriter is looking for reports create by PCSolutions.  You can modify the report however save it using another name to your report folder DMEFREEFOLDER\REPORTS.
EXAMPLE:
your software is located in our default folder C:\DMEFREE
so the reports in this update need to be placed into folder C:\DMEFREE\REPORTSRXD
