Endeavor provides suppliers access to patient eligibility 24 hours a day/seven days a week, claim status, and remittance advices online once they have completed the registration process. Endeavor is in a pilot/test stage at this time. The information you will receive is driven from national eligibility files as well as our claims processing system. Therefore, the validity of the information returned by Endeavor matches that of the IVR and what our Customer Service Representatives have available. Read the registration requirements and accept the terms of agreements. 5. Complete the Organization, Contact and Provider pages. 6. If registering for more than one National Provider Identifier (NPI): - Register in Endeavor for one NPI only. - After registration is processed and fax with User ID is received, complete the Multiple NPI Request form on this email. This form must be completed in order to receive access to more than one NPI. Note: Third parties must complete additional forms after registering. An email or fax with instructions will be sent to the user after registration.
