Just wanted to say thanks for the incredibly quick help today in resolving my problem. When I was shopping for software back in 2002/2003 I either came across very over-priced software with a help system that meant waiting forever, or very inexpensive software that had neither the tools or the help support system in place. Year after year you have always resolved any problem I've ever had efficiently and quickly. The customer service you provide is rare to find these days and that is why I will always use RXDME.

I was never comfortable using another software & haven't. That is why I want to get the paper & electronic done. Medicaid is my largest insurance. Ideally I would love all MH to be electronic. However, we do claims that require an invoice so we have to do it by paper. It is not always secondary, sometime it is primary. If we get this done there will be no reason to go elsewhere.
